Airway

Upper airway disorders refer to conditions that affect your breathing or impair the function of the upper respiratory tract, including the nose, throat, larynx, and trachea (windpipe). These disorders can cause symptoms such as difficulty breathing, coughing, wheezing, and voice changes. It may result from infections, allergies, structural abnormalities, inflammation, or chronic diseases.
